At Seiromem Flowers & Design, we take great pride in providing high-quality floral designs and event services. Due to the nature of live fresh flowers and custom event work, all sales are subject to the following Refund & Returns Policy. Please review carefully prior to placing an order.
1. Fresh Flowers & Retail Orders (Online & In‑Studio)
Because flowers are perishable, seasonal, and custom-designed, all retail floral purchases are final sale.
- No refunds or returns are accepted once flowers have been designed, prepared, or delivered.
- Variations in color, flower type, size, and overall appearance are natural and expected due to seasonality and availability.
- Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made at the designer’s discretion to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos must be provided for review
If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
2. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout.
- Seiromem Flowers & Design is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal.
- Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
3. Event, Wedding & Custom Design Services
All event and wedding florals are custom, made-to-order services and are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract.
- Retainers / deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date and design time.
- Payments made toward event services are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or labor has begun.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Any refunds, if applicable, will follow the cancellation timeline outlined in your individual contract.
4. Rental Items & Décor
- All rental items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Damaged, lost, or missing items will be charged to the client.
- Rental fees are non-refundable, regardless of event outcome or weather conditions.
5. Flower Subscriptions
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
- Skips or pauses must be requested in writing prior to the next billing date.
- No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries due to client unavailability.
6. Force Majeure
Seiromem Flowers & Design is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, supplier shortages, labor disruptions, or acts of God. Refunds under such circumstances are not guaranteed.
