Nature of Fresh Flowers

• Fresh flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable products. Variations in color, size, shape, and bloom stage are normal and expected.
• While we strive to replicate arrangements as closely as possible, exact duplication is not guaranteed.

Substitutions

• If specific flowers or containers are unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design intent.

Color & Style Disclaimer

• Colors may vary slightly from images due to natural differences, lighting, and screen display settings.
• Online photos represent a design style, not an exact product.

Care & Longevity

• We are not responsible for flowers once delivered, accepted, or picked up.
• Flower longevity depends on environmental conditions, handling, and care.
• Full payment is required at the time of online purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Event and wedding services require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer to secure the date.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received.

Retail & Online Orders

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
• Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Events & Weddings

• Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Final balances are due as outlined in your contract.
• Any changes after final payment may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
• Free delivery is available within the Jacksonville, FL area. Delivery fees apply outside the service area.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the client may result in additional fees.
• We are not responsible for arrangements left at unsecured locations once delivery is completed.
• Clients are responsible for securing venue approval for floral and décor installations.
• We are not liable for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, acts of God, or third-party vendors.
• Any damage caused by venue staff, guests, or other vendors is not the responsibility of Seiromem Flowers & Design.
• All rented items remain the property of Seiromem Flowers & Design.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost.
• Clients must ensure access for breakdown and pickup as outlined in the contract.
• We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Client names and personal details will never be shared without permission.
• We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
